    The President is responsible for the business activities and strategic direction of Niici Holding, specifically developing a business plan to execute growth strategies and direct oversight of sales, financial and budget processes, general administration, and business operations. This position reports to the Calista President and is accountable for meeting Calista Board-approved goals and objectives such as corporate growth, business development, and financial benchmarks. Additionally, this position is responsible for successfully aligning Niici Holding's corporate goals to Calista's strategic initiatives.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

+ Develop and implement effective annual budget which generates new revenue, reduces debt, protects assets, achieves efficiencies, and reduces or maintains general and administrative (G&A) expense with respect to increasing revenues while managing direct expenses to ensure corporate goals are met.
+ Develop and implement annual sales and expense plans; ensure plans are clearly communicated and managers are held accountable for departmental goals.

+ Direct and manage Niici Holding's day-to-day division and departmental functions.

+ Establish departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards.
+ Create and execute project work plans; revise as appropriate to meet changing needs.

+ Work closely with the Executive team to ensure Company is aligned with organizational objectives.
+ Work closely with all the associates to facilitate a positive team work environment.
+ Provide regular, accurate, and concise business overviews to the Calista Corporation President and Board members.
+ Participate in various Calista Corporation functions on behalf of Niici Holding.
+ Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
This position supervises all departments within Niici Holding.
+ Intermediate knowledge of best business, sales, and marketing practices related to construction and heavy equipment retail/rental industry.
+ Knowledge of financial modeling, revenue forecasting, strategic management, marketing/business development, project management and ability to perform related tasks.
+ Ability to effectively manage a team and exercise competent change management skills.
+ Intermediate understanding of drafting business agreements and accurately determining profit margins.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and confidentially process and maintain data with accuracy.
+ Basic computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with others.

+ Valid state driver's license and be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of Niici Holding Driving Policy.
+ Ability to pass a drug, driving, credit, and background screening.
